There are regular buses from Perth city centre. The 57a being the most regular. If you are relying on the bus service to get around, we recommend that you download the Stagecoach app to help you plan journeys to places like Scone, Blairgowrie, Dundee etc. Dundee has recently introduced an open top city sightseeing bus tour with the bonus of connecting journeys to Broughty Ferry, a lovely town with beaches and historical interest as well as boat trips. It is also worth checking out the Ember bus. They have an online booking system and are gradually increasing their presence in the area.
